In the heart of Les Portes du Soleil, our chalet invites you to fully enjoy this incredible region while staying in a spacious and peaceful accommodation. With breathtaking views of Châtel, Mont Grange, and La Chapelle d'Abondance, the chalet is located at the end of a quiet lane near the town center, in the Roitet district. We limit capacity to 10 guests so everyone can make the most of the chalet's 140 m². On the ground floor, an open room offers 2 bunk beds, 1 extra bed, and 1 sofa. Games, TV, console, and DVD player are available. This floor is dedicated to children and teens, where they can relax and play. The first floor features a dining area with open kitchen and living room. The pellet stove provides pleasant warmth throughout this level and the one above. A large sofa faces a south-facing picture window. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue sets, food processor, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. A large corner terrace offers views of the Dents du Midi and Abondance. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, with balconies for the double rooms. The main bedroom has a 160 cm bed and private bathroom. A second main bedroom offers a 160 cm bed (can be split into 2x80 cm). A children’s room has a 90 cm bed, and another room has 90 cm bunk beds. A shared bathroom completes this floor. Parking: 1 private covered spot, 1 garage space, and 1 outdoor space (subject to availability). Please note there are 70 steps to reach the chalet, with two possible routes: a direct one for the sporty, and a longer, less steep one. Parties are not allowed.
